Forces Flow Fecurity (FFS) company was founded by Joyce W. Henry who saw the need of creating security awareness and protection to our Local and International Community. The purpose was to secure the Community, Businesses, and Individuals to enable smooth operations for all.

CONTINUOUS SERVICE IMPROVEMENT POLICY

Client service levels will be determined through Project Evaluation using the appropriate QMS Evaluation form. Improvements driven by these evaluations will be planned and implemented within client agreed target periods, normally before the next Service Valuation Report.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

Our employees are our biggest asset. With this in mind to ensure that the employees have an environment conducive to work freely, the Company has formulated the following procedure to be followed if the employees have a grievance to be reported either personal or work related. Company Profile

FORCES NETWORK GLOBAL is an organization that fights for the plight of our fallen Heroes’ Families through Legal Representation, Arbitration, Conflict Resolution and also Comfort and Care to all those grieving from loss of a Forces’ Loved one. We also represent a section of members who are not from Fallen Forces Families who are termed as Affiliated Members. We work under the Laws of Kenya and Article 71 of the UN Charter to ensure the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. At FORCES NETWORK GLOBAL we have close relationships with Government Agencies to help resolve issues such as processing of Benefits, Personnel Records and more. Additionally, we have a Network of third party Organizations whom we consult regularly on issues such as Asset Tracing and Recovery -Succession Causes.-Civil and Legal issues-Financial support-Counselling & Health care. Just as each of our loved ones is unique, so is every surviving Forces family situation. FORCES NETWORK GLOBAL case work strives diligently to align with partners and third party resources to address each individual need.
